Coaching with a Team

As a coach on MyBudgetCoach you are able to earn both passive and active income. Passive income is earned through your avatar. Active income is earned as you have one-on-one calls with users.

For a variety of reasons coaches may choose to share their one-on-one calls with other coaches. Possible reasons include:

  1. A coach with a large audience may not be able to service all of their users.
  2. A coach with a large audience may not want to service any of their users.
  3. A coach with any size audience may be busy for a season.

In each of these cases the solution is to recruit fellow MyBudgetCoach coaches to join your "team." Here's how that looks on your directory page:

When you have a team, MyBudgetCoach will continue to pay all coaches as normal:

  1. Your avatar will generate passive income for you.
  2. Whoever services the one-on-one calls sets their own rates and receives compensation through their own billing.

In some cases, coaches may want to arrange an agreement outside of MyBudgetCoach in order to join a team. These agreements are up to the individual parties and MyBudgetCoach need not be involved. Possible agreements could look like:

  1. Coach A invites Coach B to join their team. In return Coach B will give X% of the one-on-one revenue to Coach A.
  2. Coach A invites Coach B to join their team. In return Coach B pays Y per month in return for the incoming traffic, and keeps all of the one-on-one revenue.
  3. Coach A invites Coach B to join their team. They agree to no change of revenue as both parties see benefit in the arrangement as is.

In any of these arrangements it is important to note that MyBudgetCoach will continue to pay coaches normally. We encourage coaches to come to a written agreement and to arrange between themselves how to carry out the details of their partnership.
