Working with Businesses as a Group

As a coach you may find yourself talking to larger businesses who want to employ your services. If you think you are able to service the business on your own go for it! If not, don't worry! MyBudgetCoach is home to a growing community of coaches who would love to partner with you. Post a message on the Discord or reach out to someone from your cohort.

There are even coaches that speak multiple languages which might be an important part of an appealing package.

Working with a group of employees brings new challenges that MyBudgetCoach can help solve:

  • Your avatars help with the scale of the engagement, lowering the total cost and making your offering more appealing to the employer.
  • You can offer the business a free dashboard where they have access to reports around employee engagement (when each employee last logged in, etc).

Paying for MyBudgetCoach

When working with businesses you have options on how the software is purchased:

You Pay

Bundle the cost into your offering however you see fit. MyBudgetCoach subscriptions are then purchased from you directly. This is effectively the same as sponsoring users (see link for rates). In a group contract this also carries the benefit of controlling the payouts. Even if users don't select coaches 50/50 you can choose to allocate what would have been the commission 50/50. This is up to you and MyBudgetCoach isn't a party to the agreement.

The Employer Pays

You can also choose to ask the employer to pay for the software directly. In this case the employer signs an agreement with MyBudgetCoach, and each coach receives the normal commission percentage. The prices are calculated by taking the normal monthly or yearly rate and subtracting 1 month's equivalent in lieu of the normal free trial.

3 Months 6 Months 1 Year
$29.98 $74.95 $90.74

If you find the business is too large for you to land consider referring the business to MyBudgetCoach's "For Employers" program (which grants you a commission).
